Firecracker Ice Pops



There are lots of strawberry, blueberry, and yogurt flavors in these Firecracker Ice Pops. You can cool off with them in the summer or eat them any time of the year as a healthy treat.

Ingredients:

  • 1 cup strawberries, diced
  • 1 cup blueberries
  • 2 cups vanilla yogurt
  • 1/4 cup honey
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice
  • 6-8 popsicle molds

Instructions:

Put yogurt, honey, blueberries, strawberries, and lemon juice in a blender

Mix until it's smooth

Put the mixture into popsicle molds, leaving some room at the top for them to rise

Place a popsicle stick in each mold

Put the molds in the freezer and keep them there for at least 4 hours, or until they are solid

When the popsicles are frozen, run warm water over the molds to get them out

Serve right away and enjoy!
