Creamy Slow Cooker Custard

Ingredients:

  • 6 large eggs
  • 1/2 cup granulated sugar
  • 2 cups whole milk
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • Ground nutmeg for garnish

Instructions:

In a mixing bowl, beat eggs and sugar until well combined

Stir in milk, heavy cream, vanilla extract, and salt until smooth

Pour the mixture into a greased slow cooker
