Ingredients:
- 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
- 1 head of garlic, cloves separated and peeled
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 teaspoon dried thyme
- 1 teaspoon dried rosemary
- Salt and black pepper to taste
Instructions:
Set the oven's temperature to 400F, or 200C
Combine the olive oil, black pepper, salt, rosemary, and thyme in a small bowl
Make sure the chicken breasts are evenly coated by rubbing them with the olive oil mixture
The chicken breasts should be put on a baking dish
Slice the top off the garlic head so the cloves are visible, then add it to the baking dish with the chicken
